Delivery Information

Dear customers, we are truly sorry if you have experienced extended delivery timeframes and, in some instances, additional delays. Please be assured, we are doing everything we can to get your delivery to you as quickly as possible.

Our delivery partners are working as best they can to deliver within our usual timeframes, however, please be advised that orders can take up to 2 weeks or more in some cases to get delivered.

Items are leaving the UK on time but we are experiencing significant delays to a number of EU countries as a result of both new customs processes and ongoing Covid-19 measures. For more information please click here.

STANDARD DELIVERY

UK DELIVERY

UK orders are sent from our distribution centre in Greater London via Royal Mail 1st Class. Please allow approximately 2 to 3 working days (Monday-Friday) after you receive your dispatch email from us for your order to arrive.

UK Standard Delivery £3.50.  

FREE UK STANDARD DELIVERY OVER £20

*Please be aware that due to COVID-19, deliveries may take longer than usual.

 

 EUROPE DELIVERY

Following Brexit, transit times as well as customs and additional charges are likely to be impacted. *From the 1st of July please be aware that all EU orders are liable for VAT, duties and customs levied by the country your order is being shipped to, Tangle Teezer cannot advise you what these costs may be.

All european deliveries are sent from our distribution centre in Greater London, UK using a Royal Mail tracked or signed service. These services aim to deliver to Europe within 5 to 7 working days (Monday-Friday).

You can track your order using the tracking number given in your dispatch email.

*International delivery is FREE on orders of 3 or more items.

There is a £5.95 delivery charge for smaller orders.

Due to shipping concerns with delays, currently all shipping to Italy has been temporarily suspended. 

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause however we hope to resume this soon.

RETURNS

The easiest way to return an unwanted purchase from our website is to return the item unused and in the original packaging within 14 days of receiving it to our Distribution Centre with a covering note explaining the reason for the return.

Please include your original order ID, email address and name so we can locate your order and process any applicable refunds.

You can send it back by normal post and will need to retain a proof of posting from your local postal office.

 

To return an order within the UK:

In the UK we offer a FREE postal address for your returns.

Simply write the following on your parcel and take to your nearest Post Office:

All Royal Mail post offices should be able to accept and send the return on your behalf using the address provided, however if you are having trouble getting a proof of purchase, please provide the post office with our post code which is the following:
