At Tangle Teezer we love the festive season as much as you do which is why our head office and customer support team will be unavailable on the following days:

• 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th and 31st December

• 1st and 2nd January

This means any enquiries sent on the above dates will be responded to when our office is back open in the relevant timeframe where possible and we’ll be more than happy to assist you.

Delivery Information

Dear customers, we aim to deliver all EU orders within 7 to 10 working days.

We are truly sorry if you have experienced extended delivery timeframes and, in some instances, additional delays. Please be assured, we are doing everything we can to get your delivery to you as quickly as possible. 

Our delivery partners are working as best they can to deliver within our usual timeframes, however, please be advised that orders can take up to 2 weeks or more in some cases to get delivered due to impacts from strike action on courier services as well as Covid-19 measures and/ or customs delays depending on the country of destination. We don’t want you to miss the last sleigh so please take a look at our shipping dates to place your orders in time for Christmas:

UK: 16th December

US: 16th December

EU & ROW: 6th December 



Following Brexit, transit times as well as customs and additional charges are likely to be impacted. *From the 1st of July 2021 please be aware that all EU orders are liable for VAT, duties and customs levied by the country your order is being shipped to, Tangle Teezer cannot advise you what these costs may be.

All european deliveries are sent from our distribution centre in Greater London, UK using Evri on a tracked or signed service. These services aim to deliver to Europe within 7 to 10 working days (Monday-Friday).

You can track your order using the tracking number given in your dispatch email.

*International delivery is FREE on orders of 3 or more items.

There is a £6.95 delivery charge for smaller orders.

*Please be aware that due to COVID-19, deliveries may take longer than usual.

The easiest way to return an unwanted purchase from our website is to return the item unused and in the original packaging within 14 days of receiving it to our Distribution Centre.

So we can locate your order and process any applicable refunds, you will need to retain a proof of returns receipt as well as your tracking number and within your return you must include the following:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Return product code and quantity being returned of each item (you can find this on your invoice)
  • Reason for return

Please note we are unable to cover the cost of your return or provide a free returns label. *We cannot provide a free return label for international returns.
