Making A Purchase

Orders can be placed online or by phone.

Orders placed on-line will be confirmed automatically by email. This does not guarantee that we can meet your order. You will be contacted promptly if your order cannot be met or if there is a delay in despatch and you will be refunded as appropriate.

If we are unable to supply an item that you have ordered, we will contact you immediately and refund your money.
Prices are as displayed on our website and are in British Pounds. We try to ensure that prices shown on our website are accurate, but they will still need to be validated before your order is processed. If there is a price difference, we will contact you immediately and if you wish to cancel your order, we will refund your money.

Prices displayed are inclusive of VAT. Please see the Delivery section for charges which are exclusive of VAT.

Shipping Charges are based upon the number of Tangle Teezers ordered as follows:

Delivery Schedule

For UK orders, goods should normally be received within 5 working days.

Overseas orders should normally be received within 10 working days.

European Union Countries (excluding UK) are: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia,
Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain and Sweden.

We do not deliver to PO box numbers.

*Our aim is to despatch all orders placed within 48 hours of receiving the order, subject to stock availability and security checks. Orders placed at weekends or Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.

We will usually use Royal Mail or a secure courier service for delivery of goods to UK mainland addresses. All orders delivered by courier service will require a signature on delivery.

Whist we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please notify us as soon as possible either by telephone or email if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time. We will endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible or you may cancel your order and obtain a refund.

We will attempt to deliver your order to your specified delivery address. If products are returned to us as undeliverable, we shall refund the price of the products less shipping cost of the order.

Back Orders

We do not accept back orders at this time.

All orders made on this site will have UK VAT charged at 17.5% on the order total including shipping costs.

Returns Policy

Right of Cancellation:

The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation.

If you wish to cancel your order please call us on 020 7738 4458 email us at info@tangleteezer.com with details of your cancellation.

If you have already received the products you must carefully repackage and return them to us at the returns address shown below. Until you have returned the products to us, you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them.

We will credit the price of the cancelled products once we have received them. We will not refund any postage costs incurred.

Damaged Goods:

We will take great care to ensure that you receive your goods in perfect condition. However, if your goods are damaged, please call customer services on 020 7738 4458 within 3 working days of receipt of your order. We will either replace the goods or arrange a refund as appropriate. We will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Please contact Customer Services on 020 7738 4458 first and we will issue you instructions on how to return the goods to us. You will need to obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office for us to be able to refund your postage costs.

For all goods returned, we recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery) as you will be responsible for the goods until they are received by us.

Payment can be by Visa or MasterCard credit card or by JCB, Switch, Maestro, Solo or Delta debit card if you are ordering online. To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted so as to minimise the risk of your details being read by an unauthorised individual as they are sent to us over the internet. Payments from overseas customers will only be accepted by credit or debit card and these must be made by phone or online. No contract will exist between Tangle Teezer Ltd and the customer until goods are despatched. Acceptance will be deemed complete and effectively communicated at this time. Ownership of the goods will pass to the customer on receipt of payment and despatch of the goods.
