How do I get in touch?

To make it as easy as possible for you to get in touch with us, we have telephone numbers and email addresses for a number of departments. You should find everything you need on our

How do I know if my Tangle Teezer is genuine?

We have developed scanning technology which determines if your Tangle Teezer hairbrush is genuine. Simply scan the QR code on the Tangle Teezer box and it will reveal if you have the genuine article.

However, here are some additional tips for detecting a counterfeit hairbrush claiming to be a Tangle Teezer:

  • Tangle Teezer hairbrushes are manufactured in Great Britain and should never be shipped from China;
  • Any item priced well below our RRP should be treated with suspicion;
  • There will be no spelling mistakes and grammatical errors on our packaging; and
  • We discourage anyone from buying from unauthorised sellers such as auction sites and small websites.

How do I know which hairbrush I need?

Tangle Teezer has created lots of incredible hairbrushes since The Original, each with different uses and characteristics. We can help you find the perfect hairbrush for you on our Education pages.

How do I clean my Tangle Teezer?

The best way to clean your Tangle Teezer hairbrush is to run it under warm water, using a little shampoo to clean the bristles and the base. You can also use an old toothbrush to gently brush over the teeth. Shake it from side to side to remove any excess water and leave to dry on a hard, flat surface with the teeth facing downwards.

Will heat damage my Tangle Teezer?

We advise that the hairbrushes in our Detangling and Finishing range should not be used with heat, as this can cause the teeth to melt. The tools in our Blow-Styling range have been specifically designed for blow-styling which can be used with heat.

What are Tangle Teezers made from? Can I recycle my Tangle Teezer?

Tangle Teezer hairbrushes are made from Polypropylene, Dupont Hytrel and ABS. They do not contain latex or dyes. Tangle Teezer hairbrushes can be recycled.

You do not need to have an account with us to place an order. You can place an order as a guest.

What are your delivery options?

  • UK DELIVERY

    UK deliveries are sent via the Royal Mail 1st Class service and should arrive approximately 2 working days after you receive your dispatch email from us.

  • INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
    All orders going outside of the UK are sent using a tracked or signed service. These services aim to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days, and worldwide within 5-7 working days.

You can track your order using the tracking number given in the dispatch email.

* International delivery is free on orders of 3 or more brushes. There is a £2.95 delivery charge for smaller orders.

Will my order come gift wrapped?

Yes. We wrap all of our Tangle Teezer orders in pink Tangle Teezer wrapping paper.

What payment methods do you accept online?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Can I change or cancel my online order?

When will my order be delivered?

UK orders are sent using the Royal Mail 1st Class service, so cannot be tracked. International orders can be tracked using the tracking number given in the dispatch email.

Returns

What is your online returns policy?

You can exchange or return your Tangle Teezer purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

The easiest way to return an unwanted purchase from our website is to return the item unused and in the original packaging to our Distribution Centre with a covering note explaining the reason for the return. Please include your original order ID, email address and name so we can locate your order and process any applicable refunds. Please post back to us using a standard delivery service – which we will refund you for.

I have received a Tangle Teezer gift. Is it possible to return gifted items?
