I bought one of these a while ago in the hope that something – anything – might have the ability to untangle my hair without ripping out handfuls or leaving me on the verge of tears…As per normal though, I threw it in to the “will it wont it, must try this out someday” box of things in the bathroom and only remembered it today.
Tried it out, a little apprehensively, since it seems that anything which was not 100% bristle would tend to be more trouble than it was worth. I was wrong. SO wrong! It just went through my hair, no problem at all and instead of the minimum 45 minutes it usually takes to get even half my hair in to some semblance of order, 20 minutes later it was –all- brushed through and behaving itself.
I cannot thank you enough, seriously.

I just got a tangle teezer and wanted to let you know it is fabulous!
I have nearly waist length thick hair. My particular problem has been morning hair. I get horrendous knotting and almost matting especially at the nape of the neck from sleeping. The only way around it to plait it every night. Not good if I didn't want wavy hair in the morning. It also used to escape sometimes and knot up anyway.
I used the tangle teezer this morning not really expecting it to achive much but wow! It only took a few strokes on the "mat" for all the knots to vanish. My hair care took 5 minutes this morning instead of up to half an hour untangling hair before I can normally start to brush.
The other times it's going to be so handy is when I come back in from being out on my motorbike. You can imagine the state it can get into if my hair escapes from my jacket and is whipped about in the wind. I would seriously think of targeting the motorbike accessory shops as a solution to wind knotted hair.

Hello there, My name is Joanna and I've just received my tangleteezer this morning; had to tell you it is the only product that has been able to untangle my hair, EVER!!!
I have very thick and very long wavy hair, my Father is Anglo Indian and I have inherited his think mane!
As a child my dear Mother would try to brush my hair and because I am head sore it would hurt so she used to give up.
How I wish you had invented this product in the 70's when I was at school!!
It is amazing; I don't know how it works but it does.
I have tried everything to untangle my thick head of hair, and although I adore my hair (as us women do!) it is frustrating when I can't get the knots out without tugging and pulling.
I tried your tangleteezer as soon as I received it; (incidentally, 10 out of 10 for swift delivery) and cannot believe that a product so simple has managed to de-tangle my unruly mop!
It is amazing.

I wanted to say thanks for your fantastic product - I bought 2 tangleteezers last week, one for me and 1 for my 3 year old. I saw the demo on dragon's den and have been hoping to find one to buy ever since as I knew it was worth a try. I have terribly tangly hair - it takes my hairdresser 20 minutes to get his comb through when I have my hair cut. Anyway this product is amazing and worked brilliantly - I've thrown all my detanging potions away and am about to buy more of your tangleteezers for my swimming bag and bathroom - thanks.

I received my tangle teezer this afternoon when I came home from work. I really wish I'd bought one sooner, it's fantastic! I was apprehensive at first as my hair is a nightmare and even my hairdresser says I have especially tangelly hair. It's very long, thick and wavy and even using lots of intensive conditioners doesn't help the tangles. It has always hurt to brush my hair and I'm oftten shocked at how much hair is left on my hairbrush!
I used the tangle teezer when I got back home and I'm amazed! It didn't hurt for once, it glided through my hair, which is now nice and soft. AND no hair on the brush. I've read other comments on the website by women saying it also was impressive combing through wet hair so I'll look forward to trying it after washing!
I like the funky pink design too. I've wanted to try it ever since I saw it feature on Dragon's Den. Thanks a million - I wish I'd had one when I was little! It would have saved my mum so much time trying to brush my hair with me making a massive fuss.

I got my first tangle teezer yesterday and I am so excited.
I had never seen or heard of this product, but my Fiance was all pleased with himself when he came out of Boots with it for me (he'd apparently seen it on tv?). I have to be honest, when he first gave it to me I was a bit like ''yeah yeah, as if thats going to work''. I have long thick blonde hair. Its not coloured but its so hard to brush when its wet, that I hate washing my hair. I have tried everything, de tangling sprays, leave in conditioners the lot, and none of them really work.
I used the tangle teezer last night on dry hair and was llike ''wow hang on a minute this is good'' but the ultimate test was this morning. It usually takes me AGES to brush my wet hair. It took me no time at all, it didnt hurt, anmd I didnt end up angry or close to tears.
I know you know all this, as its your product, but Im soooo excited about this I cant tell you.
Thank you for making such a bloomin good hair brush. Yes I will be telling all my friends and family and anyone who'll listen.

I have 6-yr old twin daughters, mixed race (jamaican-sicilian-irish). Hair has become a nightmare as it is very fine (irish) and very tangly/curly (jamaican). School mornings have become a lengthy torture of tears and frustration, and we have reached the point where we simply pull it all into a bunch and pop a scrunchie on it. Naturally, at weekend when we do decide to condition and detangle, it takes forever and the girls dread it.
I saw your product on a re-run of dragons den. I bought two straight away, even though my wife insisted that NOTHING would ever work (she of the dark skin and tangly hair), and I was wasting my money.
However - instant success. A miraculous product, I don't know how you did it, but the girls now LOVE brushing their hair in the morning and looking groomed. They are absolutely thrilled with the transformation, and so are we.

To Whom It May Concern,
I rarely write letters to companies regarding products I like. However, in this case, I can't believe what a "freak-of-nature" product (and I mean that in a good way) I have just purchased at my salon.
I have the worst wavy hair that tangles so horribly every time I wash my hair and it's so hard to comb out, even after applying de-tangler and oils and whatever other product the salon can find.
Yesterday, I went to get my hair done, and as usually (I also had a headache from allergies and I was really not looking forward to them tugging on my head) they were combing for about 30 mins, and only had half my hair done, when the girl doing my hair finally remembered....."Oh wait, we have these new things called Tangle Teezers that really work great.", and she went and got one.
Oh my god, if she had only remembered this product for the first half of my head. She started using it and literally within five minutes my hair was finished. This is no exaggeration. My hair was done!!! I couldn't believe it. It didn't hurt. It didn't pull and rip out my hair. Wow, I just can't believe it.
I made my husband use it last night and he loves it. He just hates that I bought the hot pink one. I will be having to go back to Toni and Guy to buy him a black one.
So, a big thank you for this product. I am going to purchase these for all my daughters and tell everyone about this product.

"Thank you" Thank you", for your long awaited fantastic product. As you say women have been waiting for a product to ease the pain of bushing and combing difficult hair. Tangle teezer is a miracle in its self. for years I have had to suffer becaues of my hair. I have thick, frizzy/curlie hair, which I also colour, I have broken so many brushes and combs it's unreal, even as a child my mother used a steel comb to use on it , it was unbelievably 'painfull' I saw you show your product on 'dragons den' and I was converted immediately. the next day I went on line and ordered your product, it came to day , I have used it. it really works, it doee's in 8 minuts what normally takes me 1/2 hour. ' hooray' I have been saved by tangle teezer. 'dragons den' didn't know what they were talking about . Thank you so much, " its worth it",

I have waist length, thick blonde hair & for 20yrs have used my beloved Mason Pearson.
In this cold, windy weather my hair gets really dry & tangled & I came across your product & thought I'd have a go, tho I didn't have much faith in it if I'm honest. It is AMAZING!!! I am totally blown away. I love it.
I am a technical consultant to women with hair issues & have been extolling the virtues of which I will paste my latest comments below.
I always recommend Frizzease to EVERYONE & it is worth double conditioning (rinsing off & repeating), just until your hair smooths out again, but my best, best tip today, for tangled tresses, is to purchase the World Class, worthy of a huge introduction, TANGLE TEEZER...amazing piece of kit...it glides thro even the knottiest hair & with no pain or fights, it smooths thro your hair. At the mo I am using this as my main brush & I don't think I could live without it I am in love!!
Keep up the good work...and maybe develop one with a handle so its easier for me to hold;)
